I support sensitive and self-aware people in releasing emotional and subconscious patterns, so they can feel calmer, clearer, and more aligned with themselves.
Many of the challenges we experience in life—such as anxiety, overwhelm, repeating patterns, or feeling stuck—are often connected to emotional experiences and subconscious patterns held within the body.
When these patterns remain unresolved, they can influence how we think, feel, and respond to life. As they begin to gently clear, many people experience a greater sense of ease, clarity, and a deeper connection with themselves.
Often, clients don’t have the words for what they’re feeling—they just know that something isn’t quite right.
Together, we create a safe and supportive space to explore what may be contributing to how you feel, using a personalised blend of approaches to help you gently uncover and release what has been holding you back.

I use a personalised blend of body-based, subconscious, and energy-based approaches to gently uncover the deeper patterns behind emotional and physical imbalance.
By working with the connection between the mind, body, and emotions, we’re able to support your whole system—allowing for deeper healing, balance, and lasting change.
This process unfolds through four gentle stages:

This process isn’t linear. We begin wherever feels most relevant for you on your journey, to be guided to what’s ready to be explored, released, and supported.
