Breathwork is a term used for various styles of breathing. Most Breathwork practises come from ancient yoga traditions and is based on the conscious awareness of breath, the life force that both energises and relaxes the body.
People who struggle with meditation can benefit greatly from Breathwork as an alternative, as it also benefits the mind, body and spirit. Along with releasing stored up heavy emotions such as anger, anxiety and depression, it can aid clarity of thought.
Through this powerful healing process, it can help let go of past hurts and painful childhood memories. It can help detox the body, releases physical pain, boost immunity, release Dimethyltryptamine, Endorphins and Oxytocin, the feel good hormones.

Melinda facilitates the three breath method, alongside music, guiding the individual or group through the session. Breathwork takes places while you are lying down, either in person or online, where you will release and experience permanent energetic shifts. Research has shown that regular Breathwork can actually re-wire your brain.
