The angels want to relieve you of the burden of worry by giving you a physical method for releasing your cares. Writing down your prayers or worries for Divine intervention is an effective way to work in partnership with the Universe. You can write something short or lengthy and will receive the same results. What matters most is that you write from your heart and then ‘give’ the paper to the Universe symbolically either by burning i (to release) or putting it in the freezer (to stop the situation progressing), burying it (which helps with emotional healing) or putting it in a ‘God Box’ to gain pease of mind and answers to your prayers. Get or make an ornate mystic or majestic container specifically for this use and place it where you can can easily see and have access to it.

You are carrying some lower energies because of your high sensitivity and compassion. You may have absorbed this negativity from other people’s fears.These toxic energies may have also sprung from your own past fears. Regardless of their material source, your angels want to help you clear your energy field. It’s a good idea to ask for angelic clearing whenever you have experienced harsh situations where arguing, intense competition, violence, or substance abuse has occured. As a sensitive light worker, you sometimes unwittingly carry others’ painful energy in a well- intentioned desire to be helpful but going forward please ask the angels to shoulder this pain from now on. To clear, sit in a comfortable position so that your back isn’t touching any surface, eg lie on your side or stomach, then breathe deeply and say either silently or out loud; ‘Archangel Michael, I call upon you now. Please use your Diving healing magnet to life any energies of fear, anger or jealousy from my back, neck and shoulders. Please help me feel compassion for those who may have sent lower energies my way so that they may be healed by Divine love. Thank you for clearing away toxic, fear based energies and entities from within and around me.’

You’ve got the power! The angels remind you of your innate spiritual abilities. Perhaps you’ve been complaining about something or have been feeling like a victim under the influence of someone else’s will. This is a reminder that you do have the power to change everything in your life by using your natural spiritual gifts of manifestation. When you complain, you give away your power to others. Complaints are also negative affirmations that attract more of the same undesirable effects. The angels would like you to replace the old complaining habit with a healthier response of visualising and intending your desired income. It works! Think about a situation you would like to improve and rite, draw or create a collage that describes the preferred scenario. Look at this description of your desires daily and don’t worry about ‘how’ they’ll manifest, just trust.
